The max lot rule is 1.

Hard commit ran 3 separate times and for each run allocated only 1 lot. (They are all different lot numbers)

My question is, when the second and third HC ran, does it look at what was previously allocated and apply the max lot rule,

Or, does it only look at the current HC run and only allocate 1 lot even though the previous HC runs allocated  different lots.
