env: RAC 12.2.0.1 on Oracle Linux 7.6

Hi,

Since RU Oct 2017 it is expected that Oracle Agent on each start of CRS or applying an actual RU removes ASM entries from /etc/oratab.

I see following hint to avoid this

However, if having the entries remain in oratab is necessary, then delete the "# line added by Agent" comment from each entry that should not be removed.Any manually added lines will remain in oratab, and Oracle does not validate the correctness of the manually added entries in oratab.

But the deletion of "# line added by Agent" doesn't seem to work since RU JAN 2020 or RU APR 2020.
