Only first grid row processed from orchestration

I have an application with a Row Exit with the Repeat For Grid option set. I have a service request that does a find, select all rows and then executes the row exit. However, when I run it from an orchestration, only the first grid record is being processed. Is there something special I need to do for this to work?
