Rate of exchange on F0911 incorrect with receipt routing - disposition P43253

Good day all

I am investigating a problem which we found with the rate of exchange on F0911 when using the Disposition option vs using the Movement option on P43250.

Receiving is setup to use today's  date for the exchange rate in the processing options.

The entry to F0911 at this point is 100% correct.  It then goes into receipt routing.

The receipt route is as follows:
