Unable to recieve the job opening approval notification Email

Hello Super good people,

Good day to you all. When I create a job opening, it goes to the approving manager for approval, the process is working fine. The problem now is that, when the approving manager approves the job opening, no email is routed to me regarding the approval. In past when the approving manager approved the job, I received a notification like " The Job opening 938203 has been approved".

Could anyone please guide me where in the application I can troubleshot for this problem ?
