Others Group in Resource Manager

I am researching on DB Resource manager and would like to know what happens to those users which we don't explicitly assign a consumer group? Do they automatically get assigned to the Others Group? Also is there any script available to assign all DB users to a default group initially (we have thousands of DB users).
