CONFIGURE ARCHIVELOG DELETION POLICY to applied on all standby;

Hi all I would liek to ask You

I have oracle databaser 19c and we use dataquard (unix exadata env) . Database is backuped from dataquard side , we don'd neeed backup on primary side  therefore :

I setted up rman env CONFIGURE ARCHIVELOG DELETION POLICY to applied on all standby;

We use flashback recovery arae to generate arch logs , can You pls tell me how to clear FRA ?

Because when I try to find obsolete :

RMAN> report obsolete;

RMAN retention policy will be applied to the command

RMAN retention policy is set to recovery window of 35 days

no obsolete backups found

but FRA usage is still grow
