msc_phub_pkg.build_items_from_pds.exception:ORA-08103: object no longer exists

Hi SMEs

We have R12.1.3 and VCP installed standalone instance along with APCC and Demantra. Recent days we are facing error in Refresh APCC Materialized Views program in data collection intermittently with following shows in log file
