FDMEE - ICP- Intersection Validation error- "Invalid Intersection"

HI Experts,

i have setup FDMEE with more than 100 location with HFM as target applciation.

Enabled FDMEE groups location by security access , for IMPORTING the data file.

assigned HFM roles to the FDM groups (same roles to all groups). and associated entity access to users specific to locations. this is where we maintain the security.

Note: didnt enabled "Enable ICP transaction" in HFM target applciation

while submission, all location are showing correct expected error messages for any invalid intersection.

But only one location shows invalid Intersection error for ICP dimension member. even though there is no explicit security setup for this dimension either in HFM nor in FDMEE.
