R12.2.9 Xml Gateway error-Document Transfer Request Set

Hi All,

Customer is upgrading to R12.2.9 from r12.1.3 and facing couple of issue with AR Outbound. Below is the summary of the issues

  1. Customer is using XML gateway for doing AR Invoicing.
  2. End point is a BPEL service and protocol is rosettanet.
  3. The issue is with seeded program Document Transfer Request Set’. This program when run should transmit the document to the end point and update the status accordingly.
  4. Here as soon as the program is run the document status is failed and the error we see is ‘ORA-31011: XML parsing failed ORA-19213: error occurred in XML processing at lines 1 LPX-00103: Warning: document structure does not match DTD’
