Supplier can not be found to create Contract Purshasing agreemnet

Hi

Please could you advise me why when I search for supplier already have entered I could find it while when I search for the same supplier on agreements on Purchasing buyer responsibility I could not find it to create Contract Purshasing agreemnet.

I will be grateful if anyone can help me ASAP.
