Is there any way to test the whether the Email notification functionality is working or not ?

Hello All,

Good day to you all,

I need to know that Is there any way to test the whether the Email notification functionality is working or not? Because it often happens that all of sudden the workflow Email stops and we are unaware. If there is any given utility in the application that we can use to diagnose the current state, it would be very much helpful. Please guide.

We are using HCM 9.2 with PT 8.53
