Automatic Creation of Service Request from Sales Order when it gets shipped

Hi Team,

Please guide me how can I proceed to fulfill the following requirement:

>An SR gets created when an SO gets shipped.

>We can include a line item of like 'Start-Up', which triggers the creation process.

>Field service technician should be assigned the task, sales person name is updated in the line item details.

Please provide any doc reference if you have any,
