Effective Date From on GL Code Combinations

Hi Team,

Could you please let me know what is the source to pick effective from date for GL code combinations as we are loading code combinations and see different effective date from In each environment.

In development instance we can see as 01-Jan-2019 and 01-Jan-2020 in SIT instance.
