Doc ID 224694.1 - Why incompatibility between Child workers?

I see "CMCCTW Resource Cost Worker ORA-00060 deadlock detected (Doc ID 224694.1)" which asks us to add incompatibility between child workers. It beats the purpose of having manager and worker and workers working on different batches in parallel. Any idea why Oracle would suggest this?
