./runInstaller error in 19c

Hi,

I'm getting below error while installing Oracle Database software 19.3.0 PFB error and ataachment.

SYSTEM: Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.8

Oracle Database version: 19.3.0

Standalone, non grid, non CDB

ORACLE_HOME=/disk2/app/oracle/product/19.3.0/dbhome_1

[WARNING] [INS-13013] Target environment does not meet some mandatory requirements.

   CAUSE: Some of the mandatory prerequisites are not met. See logs for details. null

   ACTION: Identify the list of failed prerequisite checks from the log: null. Then either from the log file or from installation manual find the appropriate configuration to meet the prerequisites and fix it manually.
