Exporting data from Cloud EPM application to text file - PCMCS - ASO

I'm trying to export data from a PCMCS Essbase ASO cube to a test file.  I see the data get exported to the temp table and then all the rows tagged [blank] on the export so I end up with an empty export. all columns exposed in mapping are mapped and calendar is mapped everywhere I can map that month too. In the log file I see a warning that no records exist for Period "Jun-20"
