eAM Search by Creation Date

Users are experiencing issues in eAM work order advanced search after applying patch 28374276 to address bug 17445124.

R 12.1.3

In an advanced work order search, using search criterion: Creation Date and condition "after", system returns no results. If I use "before" as the condition, the system returns results, but they include records created after the selected Creations Date value.
