set a breakpoint on materialized views

Hey,

it is possible to set a breakpoint on materialied views that are automatically refreshed normally?

We have got a couple of mat views selecting data using db links ... at the weekend we stop the referenced development databases to take an offline backup ...

mat views that access the stopped databases via a db link to refresh the mat views receive error messages

  • MV OWNER.MAT_VIEW_NAME was not refreshed successfully.
  • Encountered error ORA-12008.
