R47011 EDI - How to keep next status from going to a lower status once ship confirmed.

We are currently on JDE E1 9.2.  We have the UBE R47011 that creates and updates orders.  When we ship confirm at next status 545, UBE R47011 will run and set the F4211 next status back to 520 (Entered).  How do we prevent this from happening?
