Query masking features not available

Hi team,

We applied all the query masking bugs provided in the PUM 34 BUG list but unable to see the features enabled. None of the features are coming up in the navigation.We are currently in PUM 23+ selectively adopted many new features, PT 8.57.06.Is it like we cannot have this feature in 8.57?
