Pum 33 - 2019 W4 Calculations

We just implemented image 33.  Our payroll director has brought it to our attention that employees with 2019 W4 forms are being taxed using the 2020 calculations.  Has anyone run into that issue?  We are gathering documentation to log a ticket, but just wondering if this is a known issue.  I did not see anything in the patches between 33 and 34.
