If PO rejected/Cancelled - Need notification for approvals members

Good  Morning !!!

Hope  all are safe and away from CORONO. 

We are using R12.1.3 -  as currently most of the PO approval members are working from home.

Recently one of approval members (he is first approver)  contacted  and asked  - today morning approve  one PO( say PO no.202006001) now again it came to  my approval evening .

The only difference is - current PO version is 1 and previous version is 0

Upon checking in system -we found that one  the approvar  ( third approver)   rejected this PO due to the reason -payment term and currency code is not correct.

Now the first approver want to know what happen to previous  version of PO and he want notification to him whenever  PO is REJECTED/CANCELLED which is already approved by him .
