we obserbved that Data Missing In Hz_timezone_mapping For Different Regions For Various Countries like Russia, some of region

As per oracle 1329012.1, this is standard functionality.   Oracle will only provide one-to-one timezone mapping for countries.  For one-to-many mapping, please use other data providers (third parties).

does anyone in this commuinity loaded the correct data in Hz_timezone_mapping? if yes how and whats approach followed?
