TAX : Issue with Alternate tax rate areas

Hello,

I'm currently struggling with this alternate tax rate areas functionnality in JDE 9.1. I first just want to make it work on a basic example before moving forward.

Here is what I did :

  • Activate Alternate tax rate areas in P001001 from company constant for company XXXXX
  • Company adress book record XXX has a tax ID and country code is set to FR
  • Branch plant used from this company used for the sales order is XXXBP. Related adress book number XXXBP has a tax ID and Country code FR
  • Customer number YYYYY has a tax ID and country code FR.
  • Customer master YYYYY has a tax rate area FR-DOM
