How to purchase subscription services via Oracle Purchasing?

We are searching for a right solution to purchase subscription services (actually it is a rent of Licenses like "MS Office 365") via Purchasing functionality. For a example: How PO should be created for a Subscription Service "MS Office 365" which is bought for duration of 12 Month with the price 5 EUR per 1 User per Month, Quantity of Users is 20. Based on PO information the payment schedule should be built with monthly payment of 100 EUR (20 users x 5 EUR).
