Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

I have a questions about JD Edwards Real Estate as I have an requirements for real estate Company.

One of the requirements is to mange sales units (not only leasing) with installments considering of managing the maintenance of the building.

Is that possible in Real Estate? and if not which module I can use to apply the previous requirements or need customization?
