Project Health

Hi all,

We are working on the implementation of the Project health for the client .

While we are pretty clear on how the health(Green/Yellow/Red indicators) for the various project health scorecards are calculated, we are not sure on how the health of the Project Overall & Activity Overall is determined.

As per peoplebook it is calculated as the weighted average of the health indicators of scorecard components , but it is not very clear to us.

Request if someone can shed some more light on this topic.
