Track any change for Expense Report - Audit purpose

Hi Community,

I'm looking to activate a log to track every change on the Expense Report system. I need to get a history on every change, I don't know if this option exist in the expense report to be activated.

Ex. if some one change some thing on the delegation screen, i need to keep track on change

Any help I appreciate
