Chrome 83 - Visual Assist icon Displaying 3 dots/ellipsis

Is there a solution/bug fix for the visual assist icon being replaced by 3 dots/ellipsis with Tools Release 9.2.3.5 when using Chrome?  We are not able to access the visual assist since upgrading to Chrome version 83.
