R12 User Defined Fiscal Classification not showing when user is on non English session

Hi

We are currently having issues finding the existing User Defined Fiscal Classification codes in LOV added for Spain when users log to ap session in Spanish. Codes are available for the same Spanish entity as long as the users log in ENGLISH. Does anyone have any idea of what is needed so those codes are shown in Spanish session lov?
