Batch Scheduling export

1. I want to export to excel using batch scheduling. Could you please help me with the settings. Currently I only see PDF and HTML export options in scheduling.

2. Currently the pdf is generating is there a folder by default where these exported pdf files are saved (BI catalog or workspace etc). How do I access them?
