Workflow data preparation for Siebel Upgrade to 20.5 from IP2015

Hello:

We attempted Siebel Upgrade with our existing repository of IP2015, we realized if we have some Workflows in our repository in NOT "Completed" WF version which is higher than "Completed" version. After Upgrade, the highest one was assumed as current and that Workflow was created in upgraded system without any steps or any information. Since we had already done the upgrade, we worked on those WF in the upgraded system to update the correct one.

We are re-doing Upgrade steps again and this time want to update the Workflow in IP2015, so that after upgrade we have correct Workflow in "Completed" Status.
