R42950 - Update Foreign Price and Price Effective Date in F4211 (Only Update Exchange Rate)

Hello,

I would like to know if there is any bug in R42950 for 8.12.

Scenario

1) Enter an Order for a company/BP in EUR

2) Enter a Customer in USD

Exchange Rate : EUR vs USD = 0.9172560

3) Unit Price is entered manually in USD Dollars = 1200 USD - No Price in the Base Price Tables (F4106)

4) Once the order is saved it goes directly to Status 580 ready to be invoiced

Unit Price = 1100.7072 EUR = 1200 * 0.917250

Foreign Unit Price = 1200 USD

Exchange Rate = 0.9172560

Price Effective Date = 30/5/2020

5) Run the Invoice

6) Run R42950 set only to update Exchange Rate (Process - Exchange Rate = 1) - run date - 6/1/2020

Exchange Rate : EUR vs USD = 0.9172560 on 6/1/2020
