Hello,

I tried to apply patch 28707931 and I got the error below,

Prereq "checkConflictAgainstOHWithDetail" failed.

The details are:
Interim patch 28707931  requires prerequisite patch(es) [30445947] which are not present in the Oracle Home.
Apply prerequisite patch(es) [30445947] before applying interim patch 28707931.
Summary of Conflict Analysis:

I looked for patch 30445947 on oracle support page but I could not find it.

can you someone help please.
