API Error while updating the item instances

Hi All,

  csi_item_instance_pub.update_item_instance is returning  the error 'An Owner Party already exist for this Item Instance 11976146. An Instance can have only one Owner Party' .

  Created the script as per Doc ID 1323770.1

 

   Please help on this.
