Can i build put away rule for staging move transactions in WMS

Hi All,

We are in the process of implementing WMS On premise 12.1.3. Just wanted to check if we can build put away rules for staging lane moves from consolidation locators.Once the orders are picked they are dropped into consolidation locators used for packing across deliveries.

After the material is packed , a staging move transaction would be done to move the specific order to a rack location in the staging area . The rack location is defined as  a staging lane . Few rack location are specific for storing hazardous material in the staging area. .Would like the staging move WMS MSCA form to suggest rack location based on whether the order is for a hazardous material.
