Hello Team,

We have received a RFP from one of the leading Telecom company and they are looking to implement Oracle order management for their current business to handle the current scenarios related to telecommunication. Actually, Order management system will need to transform along with the frontend sales tool.  They have choosen order management system is Oracle Order and Service Management (OSM) software.  With our growing need to simplify, automate and transform order management system to meet the needs of business sales and utilize OSM and components to its fullest capacity. 

Basically, company investigated the Order Transformation Manager (OTM) component of the OSM product
