P4210 - getting hard error when quantity exceeds availability

Hi All,

We are getting Hard error when quantity exceeds availability during Sales Order entry P4210,  the processing options are setup to activate backorders. we are expectation it should be warning but we are getting hard error.

JD Edwards E1 9.2 / TR 9.2.1.9
