Customize Grid Section: Cost - OTM

Good Morgning Guys,

I´ve a doubt in Layout Manager in OTM.

When we go in  "Edit Grip Properties" we have this 3 options:

Disable Creation and Deletion of Records

Disable Editing Records

Enable All

But, when i choose "Disable Editing Records", It makes with that I can´t Edit the records, but I cann´tadd new cost in my shipment too.

And when i choose the "Disable Creation and deletion of Records" i just can edit my costs.

And the Enable All i can Add. remove and Edit.

But, I need that it could be create new records, delete the records, but i can´t edit the records.
