Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can i have an example of personalization of how can i restrict the pick release rule to be user specific.

By default all rules are show in Based On Rule field

Oracle EBS version : 12.1.3
