email notification to customers for preventive maintenance contracts

in Lease and Finance Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

I did created a maintenance plan & activities without effectiveness; created a coverage template and service item.

Using the item created a preventive maintenance contract from sales order.

The PM Service Contract is created with the program schedule.

Now we want to enable email notification to the customer based on the maintenance schedule associated in PM Service Contract.

Any ideas from the standard functionality.
