How to create absence at assignment level for EBS?

For our customer, employee can work for multiple legal employer at same time. Like, in a week he can work 2 days for one employer and 3 days for another. So, when he will be going to register an absence how it will be registered against his assignment ?

Like if he works for legal employer A and his assignment is A, Legal employer B and assignment is B. Now if he register absence when he was working for assignment A, how it will be registered against assignment A ?

Does oracle has any solution on this? or we can achieve it using customization ?  Please help
