Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. SQL Plan Baseline is ignored

Dear Experts,

I have assign fixed SQL Plan Baseline to particular SQL_ID.

But almost every day fixed SQL Plan Baseline is ignored and new Execution plan comes in action.

How does it come? could it be connected to statics update? or what could be reason of ignoring fix Baseline??
