Unable to login to App designer or DM

Hello Experts,

We have started with the upgrade from PT-8.56 and PT-8.58. We have reached the compare report step but unable to login to the app designer of PT-8.58.

It gives the below message -

signon process timeout. Please retry

I tried changing TNS_ADMIN, reinstalling client workstation, change DBBIN in peopletools properties file etc but no luck.
