Missing user interface for delegating roles and approvals?

Hello,

After the recent NUX update 20b, the option for Line Managers to delegate roles and approvals is no longer available - it appears that the user interface to execute this action is missing on the navigation bar. We have already checked to ensure that the role delegation check box in setup and maintenance is enabled, so it is not looking like a role security issue. Does anyone have insight as to why this issue is happening and how to solve it?
