BI Publisher Bursting email attachment barcode is missing

When I run concurrent program that produces a PDF output with barcodes, it works fine when running the concurrent program and viewing the output.

But when sending the output by e-mail by using the Bursting process, the barcodes do not appear in the PDF file sent by email.

I have placed XDO.cfg file in fs_ne/EBSapps/appl/xdo/resource as per Doc ID 1915791.1

also copied the fonts to ebsud/fs1/EBSapps/10.1.2/jdk/jre/lib/fonts/ location as per Doc ID 1136423.1

Still not able to see barcode in attachment email.

please advise.

EBS Version: 12.2.8
