Alter "Please respond to"

Good Day!

I have a business requirement to alter the text from the outgoing workflow email.

It currently reads "Please respond to".

The address is from the workflow mailer itself and should not be responded to.

The workflow builder does not have this hard-coded anywhere and I am stumped.

Is there a table where this response is kept?
