In GL Journal approval workflow, how to send the approval notification with comments from preparer/

Hi,

I have a requirement to modify the GL Journal Approval workflow notification.

I need to modify the journal approval notification to include the comments from preparer or approver as default.  Also when the approver tries to approve /reject /reassign, the notification should have the comments from the approver /preparer are displayed.

Please help.
