Fixed Hourly Rate for Burden instead of Burden multipliers for specific Expenditure Type

Hi PA Community,

In Oracle EBS Releas 12.1.3

We are using standard Burden functionality with burden schedule to calculate overhead on Full Time Employee Labor Cost.

So in standard burden multipliers(%) are applied on rawcost to generate Burden cost in standard formula.

Overhead cost for FTE (Direct Labor Expenditure Type)=RawCost * Burden Multipler%

Our client requirement is Overhead cost on Labor cost to be calculate for particular Indirect Expenditure Type= Primavera Hours * Fixed Rate(20 EUR).

Can you please advice me, will this be done through standard functionality or any customization need? If customization need where and what?
